設置和啟動操作

1.向Aotmizer中加入氯化鈉溶液（20mg / l）。

2.在飽和器中加入要使用的氣溶膠材料（DEHS）。

3.確保過剩的氣溶膠有足夠的通風。

4.關閉壓力閥（無流量）。

5.通過壓力閥將氮氣供應連接到電源。

6.連接電源插頭，打開。 在溫度控制器上設置所需的飽和器溫度。

7.檢查再熱器溫度（Dehs為300度）。

8.允許溫度穩(wěn)定的時間。

9.緩慢打開壓力閥并調節(jié)總流量。

10.通過調節(jié)飽和器流量來控制粒徑。

11.氣溶膠可以按要求的粒度和濃度獲得，并且溫度的短時間已經(jīng)穩(wěn)定。

setting up and starting operation

1.Fill the Aotmizer with sodium chloride solution (20mg/l).

2.Fill the Saturator with aerosol material to be used(DEHS).

3.Ensure adequate ventilation fro surplus aerosol.

4.Close the Pressure valve(no flow).

5.Connect the Nitrogen supply to the generator via the pressure valve.

6.Connect mains plug,switch on. Set the required saturator temperature at the temperature controller.

7.Check the reheater temperature (300 degree for Dehs).

8.Allow time for the temperature to stabilize.

9.Open the pressure valve slowly and adjust the total flow.

10.Control the particle size by adjusting the saturator flow.

11.The Aerosol is available at the required particle size and concentration with a short time of the temperatures having stabilzed.
